Intro to Electroplay

Join us for a shockingly informative workshop on Electro Play with @LTX4ME

You will learn about general Electrical Play with a focus on the Violet Wand and how to safely use it in your play.

• This workshop will present the fundamentals of electroplay:

• Safety when playing with electricity

• The various types of electroplay

• Details on violet wands including;

• The workings of a violet wand

• Why and how to use a violet wand

• Setup and troubleshooting

• How to get most of your violet wand

This workshop will be broken up into two parts.

The first portion of the workshop will address the theory, while the last portion will be a mix of theory and hands on.

The time will be split between instruction and experimentation.

This class requires a partner. During the practical experimentation, switching between giving/receiving will be available. Tickets are sold per person. We aim to give opportunities to everyone to have access to their community despite financial barriers. Choose the ticket price that suits your preference! All tickets are for the entry to an event and you get no more or less for the price you choose.

Prerequisites:  This is an introductory class, so no knowledge requirements.

Safety:

People with the following conditions cannot participate:

Pregnant, Heart Disease, and electronic implants (pacemakers, Cochlear implants).

Clothing: Footwear with sole (rubber or leather) for the person/s giving, removable clothes to expose skin for the person/s receiving (at your comfort level, it is suggested that at least the back being accessible).

This workshop does not require a membership. Doors will open 15 minutes before the start of the class.

@LTX4ME has shocked a few hundred people in the last decade!  He began using a violet wand and other electrical toys in 2012, presenting workshops and demos at events, dungeons and classrooms.  Loving how the technical aspect meets the subtlety of human feedback, the violet wand is one of his favorite toys.  He strives to present this type of play in a safe, understandable and fun way.
