Confident Submission: Mastering Negotiation and Boundaries

Ready to explore your submissive side? This workshop is designed specifically for newcomers to the BDSM community. Led by a certified Life Coach and seasoned practitioner with over 10 years of experience, this workshop offers a safer and supportive environment to discover your desires, understand safety protocols, and build confidence in negotiation.

What You'll Learn:

• Self-Discovery: Engage in grounding somatic exercises and guided meditations to explore your personal desires and limits.  
• BDSM Fundamentals: Dive into the essence of submission, power dynamics, and the importance of safe words.  
• Safety Protocols: Learn about safety frameworks (SSC, RACK, PRICK & CCCC) and the critical role of aftercare, subspace, and sub drop.  
• Negotiation Skills: Understand the importance of clear communication, consent, and negotiation. 

What's Included:

• Interactive Discussions: Participate in vibrant discussions and group activities.  
• Resource Handouts: Receive a glossary of terms, negotiation checklist, and additional resources. 
• Recorded Meditation (optional) Discover Your Perfect Dungeon: Each participant will be guided through a meditation to discover their personal dungeons and deepest desires, and will receive a copy of the meditation to reuse along their journey.

In addition to the above, participants are invited to write down and discuss key items they discovered in their meditation. There is a focus on the activity that they desire to try out, and what safety protocols might need to be in place, along with items that might need to be negotiated, giving them a strong base to continue their journey. 

This workshop is open to all, no membership required. Tickets are on a sliding scale. We aim to give opportunities to everyone to have access to their community despite financial barriers. Choose the ticket price that suits your preference! All tickets are for the entry to an event and you get no more or less for the price you choose.

Doors will open 15 minutes before the start of the class.
