About the event
The Art of Hurting Feet
Foot-focused impact play: anatomy, technique, sensation, and safety
Step into a focused and skill-building class exploring the art of hurting feet. This session is designed for curious beginners and experienced players alike who want to deepen their understanding of foot-focused impact and sensation play in a safer, consensual and controlled environment.
What we’ll cover:
Anatomy of the foot: understanding sensitivity, structure, and risk zones
The fundamentals of Bastinado: rhythm, targeting and pacing
Tools of the trade: from canes and crops to creative implements
Sensation layering: combining impact, touch and psychological elements
Reading reactions: distinguishing pain, distress and endurance
Aftercare: specific to foot play and managing drop
Instructors will display practical demonstrations showing both technique and communication in real-time. Emphasis will be placed on control, intention and building intensity safely.
This is a hands-on class. Attendees will be guided through practicing techniques with their partners, applying what they've learned throughout the session, with instructor support and guidance. Key concepts will be brought together to give you the tools to bring feet into your impact play and even have an entire scene focused on them.
Looking to expand your repertoire of skills? Want to better understand and negotiate all things foot pain? If you're interested in learning about this style of play from all angles join us for The Art of Hurting Feet.
