About the event

High Protocol Dinner – 3rd Floor Grand Opening

Step into an evening full of elegance and poise. The grand opening of our 3rd floor invites you to Probe’s first High Protocol dinner where the atmosphere is both refined and intimate.

With bubbles in hand and hors d’oeuvres a plenty, each interaction promises the grace and structure that elevate this night into something truly extraordinary.

From the moment the doors open, the scene is set for a night where service-givers move with quiet precision, circulating beverages and delicacies and creating an ambiance of sophistication. This is more than a meal—it is a ritual of connection and control, culminating in a play party that will span over both floors of Probe to carry the energy of the evening into the late hours.

Bring your finest, embrace the moment, and prepare to experience the elegance of high protocol in a space designed for both indulgence and restraint.

  • Champagne and mocktails will accompany a carefully curated menu with vegetarian and gluten-free options (special diets may provide their own food).

  • Dress to impress—service-givers, be ready in all black or dark attire, service-receivers don your best.

  • All attendees will receive a pre-event rundown, between 6:30 and 7, of rules and expectations, ensuring a seamless and sophisticated flow. Whether you're giving or receiving service, every detail is catered to create an atmosphere of grace and discipline.

Schedule:

  • 6:30 PM: Doors open

  • 7:00 PM: Protocol begins with the serving of hors d'oeuvres

  • 10:00 PM: The night evolves into an intimate play party

  • 12:00 AM: Entry doors lock for security

  • 2:00 AM: Event closes

Roles:

Service Givers:

  • Food/drink servers

  • Entertainment (comedy, performance, etc.)

  • Social attendants (conversationalists & companions for guests)

  • Specific giving (eg. providing massages, boot blacking, etc.)

Service Receivers:

  • Esteemed Guests

Protocols:

  • Dress code (black or dark for service-givers, formal for service-receivers)

  • Service-givers are not to address service-receivers unless spoken to on 3rd floor

  • Service-givers are to nod, curtsy, or bow when a service is completed

  • Service-receivers are to incline their head and express their thanks in response

Please note:

No dynamics on the 4th floor during the dinner as this space is used to prepare food, and to give the service-givers a space to relax. When the play party beings we will open the 4th floor dungeon.

No matchmaking will be provided. You may bring your own service-giver, but we are not assigning givers and receivers to each other.

Both service-givers and service-receivers must purchase a ticket to attend this event. Please indicate which role you’re interested in participating in, and if giving service, what type(s). If you’d like to suggest a service you’d like to provide, please reach out to us.

We encourage you to bring your finest self and savor this night of connection and protocol.

Tickets are on a sliding scale as we aim to give opportunities to everyone despite financial barriers. Choose the ticket price that suits your preference! All tickets are for the entry to an event and you get no more or less for the price you choose.

Our dedicated Dungeon Monitors (DMs) will be present throughout the venue all night, attentively supervising the play areas and offering assistance to ensure everyone's safety.

FAQ

Q: I don’t have a service dynamic with my partner, or I don’t have a partner. Can we/I still come?

A: Of course! This event is designed to be inclusive and an opportunity for you to experience a side of service and protocol. We will not be providing matchmaking, ie. you will not be assigned to a specific provider or giver of service, instead service-givers will be serving the party.

Q: If I provide a service do I have to provide it to all attendees?

A: We’d never insist on anyone doing anything they do not consent to. Please consider that if you pick a service-provider role of say, food server, you will be expected to circulate trays of food to the party. If you are providing a physical service, like offering massages, it is up to those participating to negotiate consent and refusing service to someone you’re not comfortable with is perfectly acceptable.

Q: Is it ok if I only want to provide service/receive service to a previously negotiated partner?

A: Yep, please note this when purchasing a ticket so we can plan accordingly. If you are a service-receiver we may not be able to guarantee that other service-givers will not offer you service. Dedicated service-givers will be identified with an coloured item we will provide.

Q: Can I provide service and receive service?

A: During the food and drinks portion of the evening, we’re asking that whichever type of ticket you purchase is the role you stay with for the sake of organization. Once the play party begins you’re welcome to switch.

Q: What’s on the menu?

A: We’ll be serving a sweet and savory appetizer menu with a special touch of elegance and a lot of flavour. The final menu will be announced soon. Please be aware that all dishes will be prepared in the same kitchen, so while we take care to minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Q: Will there be a sit down dinner?

A: With the layout of the 3rd floor, we are going to have servers circulate with small bites and drinks. There will be a variety of dishes coming out over the course of the food service portion of the evening and those serving will walk around the dungeon ensuring you don’t miss a bite.

Q: I have dietary restrictions or food allergies, can you accommodate this?

A: We will have some vegan and gluten free options, but the overall menu won’t necessarily be able to accommodate all dietary requests.

A list of ingredients to all dishes will be available. If you have any severe restrictions and wish to bring your own food to be served to you please let us know.

Q: I’d really like to come to this event, but the cost is a little too high for me.

A: Reach out to us and we will see what we can do! We often offer opportunities to volunteer at Probe in exchange for event tickets. We could use a few extra hands getting the venue ready or in the kitchen for this event.

Q: I’d like to provide _____ service, but it’s not on your list.

A: Check the other box and let us know what you’d like to offer at this occasion, or send us a message to discuss.

Q: What does your 3rd floor offer?

A: So much! We can hardly wait to unveil it. There will be several rooms with a dark, gothic theme throughout. Come explore our dedicated medical play area, our jail cell, our boudoir dungeons, lounge area, and of course our group shower room! More beds, more furniture, and an ambiance that is going to propel our events into another world.
