Grounded Dominance is a foundational workshop for those drawn to authority, craving control, and curious about stepping into the Dominant role with intention, confidence, and integrity.

Whether you’re brand new to the scene or looking to deepen your understanding of conscious power exchange, this class will walk you through the essentials of Dominance—what it really means to hold someone’s submission in your hands, and how to do it with both care and control. You’ll explore the difference between being a Top and being a Dominant, and how to take full authority over a scene in a way that creates deep satisfaction and safety for both parties.

Through guided meditations, somatic grounding, and intentional self-inquiry, you’ll uncover the desires that fuel your Dominance, the edges you want to explore, and the safety protocols that support that exploration. We’ll cover frameworks like SSC, RACK, PRICK, CCCC, and [C]RASH—demystifying the acronyms and grounding them in real-life application. You’ll also learn how to negotiate scenes with clarity, create container and closure through aftercare, and understand not just your role as a D-type, but what your s-type holds too.

BDSM Fundamentals: Dive into the essence of dominance, power dynamics, and the importance of safe words.  

Safety Protocols: Learn about safety frameworks (SSC, RACK, PRICK, CCCC & [C]RASH) and the critical role of aftercare, responsibilities, and drop.

Negotiation Skills: Understand the importance of clear communication, consent, and negotiation.

Intensity Bonding: Discover what makes the bonds formed in a BDSM dynamic so unique.
